7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Quality Guarantee

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use (including pet hair, stains, odors, or visible wear). Our Quality Guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects and damage during shipping. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 30 days with photos for a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
